This visualization was made by a group of graduate students at University of Washington for a data visualization class.
The median is not as heavily affected by the outliers as the mean.
The sample size by league was as follows:
Think of a PAC as when a player moves the camera and takes at least one action. 20 PACs per minute would equal 20 camera movements with at least one action over a minute.
Within a PAC there is an calculated number of actions, latency time between those actions, and gap of time between the next PAC.
